Tangerine Arts is a group of women artists from the San Francisco Peninsula who meet for camaraderie and to share resources, ideas, and artwork. The group began in 1999 and has exhibited since 2000.
As our name suggests, we are concerned with issues of growth and fruitfulness, closeness to nature and the earth, creativity and wholeness. Our members work in a variety of mediums, including ceramics, drawing, mixed media, mosaic, painting, pastel, photography, and printmaking.
